I’m unable to get through the registration section.

Please ensure that you are using your official bank email address to register on the platform.

It seems like I didn’t receive an activation email to activate my account. Help.

Please check your junk mail folder or your spam mail folder as these emails often wind up in the Junk or Spam email folders.

I have submitted my registration details but can’t login
I’ve forgotten my password. How do I get a new one?

  • Click on Reset password button and follow the reset password instructions to reset your password.
  • Alternatively, users login username & password are available in the account activation email sent to you. You can find them in the activation email and copy paste the credentials in the log in field.

I have registered but I’m unable to reset my password.

  • First make sure that you activate your account by clicking on the activation email sent to your registration email address. Be sure to check the spam folder as they often end up here, then click on the authentication link.
  • Please note that you can only reset your password after activating the account. Once activated follow the reset password steps and reset their passwords.

I didn’t get an account activation / authentication email.

  • Check your spam folder and your junk folder for the authentication email.
  • Unblock your spam
  • If you have blocked spam mails in your email settings, you will need to unblock temporarily until you receive the authentication email and click on the link inside the email to activate your account.

It seems like the website pages are not loading properly on my end.

  • Please check that your internet is working.
  • Kindly note that the e-learning platform is optimized to work on the following browsers:

    • Internet Explorer version 9 or higher,
    • Mozilla
    • Chrome
    • Opera mini and
    • Safari browser

How do I continue the course from where I left off? How do I avoid beginning from scratch?

Click on the profile icon at the top right corner to access your profile

This page contains your course progress and user profile on the platform. Click on Continue Course to proceed from where you left off.

How do I edit / update my name and job role?

Click on the profile icon at the top right corner to access your profile

At what point do I get to see my quiz scores?

Once you submit quiz answers, the scores pop up at the top of the screen. See the illustration below:

Your quiz scores are also available in your personal profile. You can access this by clicking on the profile icon at the top right corner.

Hints on accessing the certificate and course evaluation.
  • The certificate will be generated once you complete the course and have attained an average score of 70% and above.
  • It will also be sent to your email address, look out for it in the spam folder.
  • Kindly note that it’s possible to evaluate the course and also access your certificate from your profile if you have completed all the mandatory modules for your job role by clicking on Certificate Awarded link in your profile.
